As a proponent of natural sources of energy, memory, relaxation, and focus, I personally find natural supplements to be simply as the phrase implies: a supplement. That is, to my daily regimen of exercise, mind stimulation (reading, writing, intellectual conversations, etc.), etc. Herbal supplements are not medicines that should be used “as prescribed”, but rather as part of a healthy lifestyle.

In understanding the importance of a healthy physical and mental lifestyle, I have learned to use the right herbal remedies to enhance my mood and physical endurance beyond what is achievable without them. I am not advocating that everyone merely start taking herbal supplements without researching what’s right for them and without the proper foundations (exercise, sleep, etc.), but rather I recommend using the right memory techniques, relaxation exercises, and to practice the right lifestyle that makes the most out of herbal supplements.

Welcome to Aqueouscientific everyone! Before we dive into the science behind promoting well-being, we would like to discuss what Well-Being really means.

When we first sat down and tried to think about why our lives were so mundane, we were compeltely stumped. I mean, we each had great jobs, we were always busy, and we had great friends. So what was missing? It wasn’t that anything was missing, but it was that we had so much going on that we forgot what it means to feel Well. Well? Yes. You know all those times when you’re sick and the only thing you wish for is to be Well? That’s the feeling that we wanted. The problem is that we weren’t even sick, but at least we knew the feeling that we were striving for.

Think about all of those times when you were so calm and focused that you were in a zone where no one else could interupt that mood. That’s the state of being that we wanted to achieve, without illegal drugs or extravegant vacations. The solution? A once-a-day solution in a bottle to promote well-being.
